"At MEWA I have always seen the whole picture: a healthy family business, smart investments, sustainable thinking, solid perspectives and flat hierarchies. Sales is in my blood, when I was 15 I was standing and selling shoes in our shoe store in Thüringen. After a commercial education, among other things I was key account manager for a manufacturer of automotive plant equipment.
In 2009 I started at MEWA in key account sales and I quickly noticed: MEWA is different. The enterprise is significantly faster and has a leaner organisation than others. In our company a real team spirit prevails. This is unusual in a sales organisation, because actually there is competition. But at MEWA colleagues help each other and we get together or phone regularly in our private life.
On one hand I am a person with an intuitive feel for sales, on the other hand, I always see others as people. To me education of the heart is ten times more important than a high IQ. Dealing fairly with each other is not just an investment in a business relationship based on trust, it also makes people happy. At MEWA there are many reasons to stay with the company: Above all I appreciate the entrepreneurial vision of a family company, it gives me security and a long-term perspective – for this reason alone it's worth it to be motivated."
